AWESOM — TERMS & CONDITIONS AND ZERO-LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE CONNECTING YOUR WALLET OR USING THIS SITE. BY TICKING THE ACCEPTANCE BOX AND CONNECTING YOUR PHANTOM WALLET, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING.

1. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE.
Nothing on Awesom (the "Site") constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or any other professional advice. All content — including token listings, market caps, prices, volumes, holder counts, rankings, "bumps," and any other data — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

2. ZERO LIABILITY.
THE SITE, ITS OPERATORS, OWNERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES ACCEPT ZERO LIABILITY FOR ANYTHING. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or otherwise — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of tokens, loss of profits, loss of data, wallet compromise, smart-contract failure, rug pulls, scams, market losses, or total loss of everything you own — arising from or connected with your use of the Site, your reliance on any information here, or any transaction you undertake.

3. TRADE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Cryptocurrencies and Solana pump.fun-style tokens are extremely high-risk, volatile, and speculative. Most such tokens go to zero. You may lose 100% of any funds you commit. You trade, buy, sell, deploy, and hold entirely AT YOUR OWN RISK. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose completely.

4. NO ENDORSEMENT.
Listing of an "Awesom" or a derivative ("deriv") on the Site is NOT an endorsement, guarantee, or verification of that token, its team, its safety, or its legitimacy. Admin approval only controls what is displayed on the Site; it says nothing about the merit, security, or legality of any token. We do not verify, audit, or vouch for any token, contract, or person.

5. NO CUSTODY. NON-CUSTODIAL.
The Site never takes custody of your funds or private keys. Wallet connection via Phantom is used solely to identify you for sign-in and application purposes. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, seed phrase, and private keys. We will never ask for your seed phrase.

6. THIRD-PARTY DATA & SERVICES.
Token data may be sourced from third-party providers (e.g. on-chain RPC and indexing services). Such data may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We make no warranty as to its accuracy or availability, and accept no liability for any reliance on it.

7. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT.
Applications, deriv registrations, and any addresses or text you submit are your responsibility. You represent that you have the right to submit them and that they do not violate any law or third-party right. We may reject, remove, or refuse any submission for any reason or no reason.

8. NO WARRANTIES.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. COMPLIANCE.
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including securities, tax, and anti-money-laundering laws in your jurisdiction. You represent that your use of the Site is legal where you live. The Site is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where such use would be unlawful.

10. INDEMNITY.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site and its operators from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. CHANGES.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. ACCEPTANCE.
By ticking the acceptance checkbox and connecting your wallet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, and that you accept the zero-liability disclaimer in full.
